888 liv uses decimal format. Odds of 1.95 mean a ৳100 bet returns ৳195 if you win.
The lower the odds, the stronger the favourite. Higher odds mean an underdog — but a win pays out much more.
Odds shift with the flow of the match. Knowing when to bet is the strategy.
Many betting sites display odds that update at a snail's pace. 888 liv is different. Here, odds shift with every moment of the match — updating nearly second by second. These real-time changes mean bettors can make the right call at exactly the right time.
Say Bangladesh gets off to a flying start — 55/0 after the first five overs. At that point their win probability rises and their odds shorten. But if two wickets fall in the next over, the odds swing right back. On 888 liv, every one of these shifts is visible on screen in real time, so bettors can make smart decisions at any moment.
Many people wonder what goes into calculating odds. At 888 liv, several factors are considered when setting odds — the recent form of both teams, the venue, pitch conditions, playing XI, head-to-head history, and most importantly, the market pressure from bettors.
The more people bet on a team, the more its odds gradually shorten — operators always need to keep things balanced. 888 liv manages this process transparently, ensuring every bettor gets a fair shot.
888 liv offers two types of odds. Pre-match odds are published before the game starts and remain relatively stable until kick-off. Live odds, on the other hand, shift moment to moment while the match is in progress.
For new bettors, starting with pre-match odds is the way to go — you have time to think things through without any rush. As you gain experience, you can move on to live odds, where reading the game in real time and betting at the right moment is the real skill.
Comparing odds is a key part of smart betting. 888 liv lets you view odds across multiple markets side by side. For a cricket match, that means going beyond just the winner market — you can compare odds for Over/Under runs, opening wicket, powerplay score, and more, all in one place.
888 liv's interface lets you filter by sport, so you can view cricket or football odds separately. You can also sort by match date and time, making it easy to plan which matches to bet on and when.
Bet with analysis, not emotion. 888 liv always encourages responsible betting. Stick to your limits, and if you feel there's a problem, Responsible Gaming View page.
